Fair Usage Policy
Unlimited BeONE Prepaid to BeONE Prepaid Voice Calls
1. The ‘unlimited BeONE Prepaid to BeONE Prepaid calls’ are granted as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage for individual users. This service shall not be re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way except as an individual making calls to other BeONE Prepaid users in the course of a normal day’s activities and in line with average on-net call frequency and minutes per month.
2. Customers who are found to be abusing the service, with call volumes exceeding 100 hours (6,000 minutes) a month, may have their rights to free calls suspended, or subsequent calls beyond 100 hours will be charged to the customer at the prevailing domestic off-net call rates.
3. BeONE reserves the right to implement and enforce this policy, and modify or amend this 100 hour threshold if average on-net call volumes across the entire BeONE Prepaid customer base increases, or decreases, over time.
4. The Subscriber must maintain their accounts to be in an “Active” status throughout the duration of the services in order to continue enjoying the unlimited calls.

Data Usage Policy
1. Data can only be utilised within Malaysia only. If you are overseas, roaming will be imposed based on the Internet roaming rates set by the respective BeONE roaming partner operators.
2. BeONE does not guarantee or warrant the availability of the data usage and the Subscriber(s) acknowledges and agrees that the data usage is provided on an “as is” basis.
3. To experience 5G speed, you must use a 5G compatible device and the data service is used in an area with 5G network.
4. Software and applications which are used by you to send and/or receive, for uploading and/or downloading of files can contain very large amounts of data (e.g. Peer-to-Peer traffic like Bit Torrent or other similar file sharing applications). These software and applications demand a significantly huge amount of bandwidth which will negatively impact the speed and also cause network congestion. As a result thereof, a vast majority of customers will be affected from degradation of the quality of Service, and as such is deemed as excessive usage. Excessive usage can also be caused by spamming, virus activities, spy wares and/or other malwares which may reside in Customers’ Devices. These activities may be known or unknown to you and normally operates in the background of the Devices’ operations. Therefore, you must take all precautions and rightful actions to ensure that the above activities are controlled and minimized at all times. BeONE reserves the right to implement and enforce the said Policy at its sole discretion upon occurrence of such activities.
5. The data volume calculation shall take into consideration of ALL activities carried out by you including those knowing or unknowingly done under the Service.
6. The responsibilities and onus of proving shall be on you to ensure that the Devices are free from all viruses, spybots and malwares when using the Service. BeONE reserves the right to release any information if it is required to do so by any law, regulatory body or court of law.
7. You will not be able to use the data service if your account is in Grace Period. For clarity, “Grace Period” shall mean fifty (50) days from the expiry of the validity period of your account. You may only continue to use the Internet Service once you perform a reload during the Grace Period.
International Direct Dial (IDD) and International Roaming
1. IDD and International Roaming services are available to, and in, most countries.
2. To make IDD calls, there must be credit balance in the SIM.
3. IDD rates are applicable for calls originating from BeONE Prepaid subscribers within Malaysia.
4. To make calls and utilise data while roaming, there must be credit balance in the SIM.
5. Calls or data usage while roaming is subject to roaming charges when used overseas.
6. The charges will be based on BeONE’s prevailing rates and the roaming country’s rates. For the avoidance of doubt, all mobile data bundles or allowances can only be used domestically within BeONE’s network. Please refer to our IDD and roaming rates.
Business Rules – Ultra35
1. The Ultra35 monthly recurring MI offers 50GB 5G/4G + 20GB 5G data all day data usage, 10GB hotspot, unlimited calls to all network and unlimited YouTube & Facebook every day for 30 days.
2. The 50GB 5G/4G + 20GB 5G data, 10GB hotspot data, unlimited calls and unlimited YouTube & Facebook is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian only.
3. The 50GB 5G/4G + 20GB 5G data is personal use only, cannot be shared as hotspot.
4. Unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia network only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded. FUP 1000 mins.
5. Ultra35 is an auto-recurring MI and will be auto renewed every 30 days with sufficient credit. The Ultra35 subscription will be auto-terminated if there is insufficient credit in the account.
6. The subscription fee for Ultra35 monthly recurring MI is not pro-rated. RM30 will be deducted from the account upon successful subscription.
7. Customers can subscribe at any time. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the Ultra35 MI subscription.
8. The Ultra35 data quota will expired at the end of the validity. Any unutilised Ultra35 data will not be carried forward.
9. The Unlimited YouTube & Facebook is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 50GB per 30 days is applicable. High speed data and Unlimited FREEBIE for YouTube & Facebook Apps is only for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be
shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspot).
10. The Ultra35 MI does not extend the account validity.
11. Customer can request to activate the 5G access via Prepaid app upon successful activation or successful port in.
12. The Ultra35 MI plan can be subscribed via Prepaid App or by dialing *108#.
13. MI Monthly plan is NOT stackable. At any one time, customer can only have 1 active MI plan.
14. Customers who purchase the auto-recurring MI Monthly plan is allowed to purchase the 30 days 5G booster.
15. Customers who purchase the MI Monthly plan is allowed to purchase Data Top Up.
16. Customers with active MI Monthly Add-ons (redVIDEO, redSOCIAL, redMUSIC redCALL, redSMS when still with validity and after validity can subscribe Ultra35. Add-ons is stackable.
Business Rules: YouTube & Facebook
1. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian only.
2. When the customer is streaming YouTube & Facebook the unlimited bucket will be utilized first.
3. Once the unlimited bucket have been fully utilized, subsequent YouTube & Facebook usage will be deducted from
the main data bucket.
4. When the customer is browsing the web, playing online games, sharing data the main data bucket will be utilized.
5. Accessing links in YouTube & Facebook :
• If the content is within YouTube & Facebook, your unlimited quota will be used.
• If the content link directs you outside of YouTube & Facebook:
• If you have remaining intent quota balance – your internet plan quota will be used for the content else the usage will be slowed to 256kbps.
6. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook is bundled with the NEW Ultra35 MI plan and is not optional.
7. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook will be auto renewed every 30 days should the Ultra35 MI plan remain active.
8. The unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota will expire at the end of 30 days.
9. Unlimited YouTube & Facebook can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
10. If there is insufficient credit and Ultra35 MI plan is not auto-renewed, the unlimited YouTube & Facebook will be automatically terminated.
11. Upon 100% utilization of the unlimited YouTube & Facebook, any further Internet usage will be deducted from the bundled high speed data or available Data Top Up.
12. Unlimited YouTube & Facebook is only for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspot).
13. redONE will strive to fully utilise unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota whenever the customer is streaming via unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota. However, there may be instances where the unlimited YouTube & Facebook quota may inadvertently be used even when there is no streaming content on YouTube & Facebook partners happening or the data quota from the customer’s plan may be accidently used to stream instead of the unlimited quota. These could occur due to a number of reasons including technical issues such as missed configuration or whitelisting of wrong IP address by third parties or due to the YouTube & Facebook partners changing or updating their IP addresses and URL without giving redONE sufficient notice to update our system. Customer must acknowledge the possibility of these instances happening and agree not to hold us liable.
Business Rules: Bonus 5G Data
1. The Bonus 5G data is only available within the 5G network area via use of a 5G capable, supported and enabled Mobile Device. When you are located outside the 5G network coverage area, you will be running on your 4G data.
2. To enjoy 5G, please ensure that:
• You are using a 5G capable device;
• You have a 4G LTE SIM.
• You have 5G settings enabled on your device.
• You are within 5G coverage.
3. The Bonus 5G data can be utilised for ALL usages on your smartphone – web browsing, video streaming, social chatting, etc., and you may use it on 5G networks only.
4. Your Bonus 5G data will be deducted from 5G data pool first before using the 5G/4G data.
5. The Bonus 5G data is for personal use only.
6. No charge for the 5G data. Customer will not be able to enjoy the 5G data should the line is suspended.
7. Customers cannot request to cancel the 5G data.
PRIVACY POLICY
We, BE ONE NETWORK SDN BHD (Co No.: 202001008048 (1364368-W), a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its business address at 127-2, Jln Setia Gemilang BG U13/BG, Bandar Setia Alam, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor (“BeONE”) provide a range of telecommunication services. We are committed to protecting all Personal Data kept by us and providing our customers with the highest levels of customer service. BeONE is bound by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, General Consumer Code of Practice for the Communications and Multimedia Industry Malaysia, and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, which set out a number of principles concerning consumer protection in Malaysia.
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy:
“Personal Data” means any personal information relating to BeONE’s customer that the customer has provided to BeONE or made available to BeONE due to his/her contract with BeONE, e.g. name, Identity Card / Passport No., address, information about his/her transactions with BeONE such as contact number, account number, account balances, payment history, and account activity;
“Sensitive Personal Data” comprises information as to the customer’s physical or mental health or condition, political opinions, religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature, commission or alleged commission of any offence or any other Personal Data determined by law; and “Third Parties“ means a person or a company who is not a party to a contract or a transaction with BeONE, but excluding BeONE’s agents, subsidiaries, contractors, sub-contractors and professional advisors.

1. SCOPE This Notice applies to all operations and business units of BeONE. To the extent any operations or business unit of BeONE already has a data protection Notice in place; this Notice shall supersede and replace any such notice.
2. RESPONSIBILITY The Customer Service Division is responsible for the customer access and correction of personal data, notice and choice process to limit processing of personal data and the Privacy Department in Legal Division is responsible for the monitoring the administration of this Notice and monitoring enterprise wide compliance.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE This notice is effective as at 1 Jan 2021.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES
4.1 General Principle:
4.1.1 BeONE will use, process, record, hold, store, share and disclose (“process”) Personal Data with the consent of the customer.
4.1.2 Continuance of use of BeONE’s services and/or products shall amount to the customer’s consent for the processing of its Personal Data by BeONE.
4.1.3 BeONE will record and maintain a record of consent by your continued use of our services as appearing on our active customer database.
4.1.4 If you are under 18, you should ensure that you obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardian before using our services and/or products.
4.2 Notice and Choice Principle:
4.2.1 Please be informed that BeONE will process customer’s Personal Data for the following reasons and MAY disclose:
4.2.1.1 To companies and organisations for the performance of BeONE’s contract of providing any goods or services to the customer;
4.2.1.2 For profiling your service preferences;
4.2.1.3 To companies and organisations for compliance with any legal and/or regulatory obligations to which BeONE is subject to, in addition to any obligation imposed under BeONE’s contract with the customer;
4.2.1.4 To our Partner / Dealer App that is applying an eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) SDK (software development kit) by an appointed Third Party or a function that enables the capturing of your image and / or video for the purpose of identity verification. This means that the SDK or function will collect your image and video for facial recognition.
4.2.2 BeONE collects personal data from customer application forms, prepaid registration forms, customer relationship managements systems, and our network systems in order to assess your needs and provide you better service. BeONE may transfer the customer’s Personal Data to third parties both in Malaysia and overseas providing outsourced data storage or data processing services for BeONE.
4.2.3 Any customers who have provided his/her Personal Data prior to this Policy, may contact BeONE using the contact details set out below to know what types of Personal Data have been processed and the purpose for the processing.
4.2.4 Save in accordance with this Privacy Policy and except as permitted or required under any enactment, law, statute or code, BeONE will not use or disclose the customers’ Personal Data without prior written consent.
4.2.5 You will be given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your Personal Data used for purposes not directly related to the Services or BeONE’s Websites at the point where BeONE asks for information. If you do not wish to receive our promotional updates you may opt-out of receiving these communications by contacting BeONE at the contact numbers listed below. But please note that should you decide to “opt-out”, we may not be able to provide you with certain Services and your subscription to or application for certain Services may be declined, denied or refused by BeONE.
4.2.6 BeONE is obliged to disclose your cell phone number to other network operators to enable the use of the Services. Should you refuse to permit such disclosure, BeONE may not be able to continue providing you with certain Services.
4.3 Disclosure Principle:
4.3.1 BeONE will only disclose Personal Data to comply with any government agency notification requirements; and/or for the purpose for which the Personal Data is processed where you have consented to disclosure.
4.3.2 BeONE may from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about particular goods, offers or services that may be of interest to you. In those cases, Personal Data that may identify you will not be transferred to the third party. All communication whether from BeONE or BeONE’s business partners will be sent to you by BeONE.
4.3.3 BeONE may disclose your Personal Data to subsidiaries, or any other entity for the purpose as outlined in paragraph 4.2.1.
4.4 Security Principle: BeONE is responsible for taking prudent steps to safeguard the confidentiality and security of all Personal Data, including appropriate procedural, organisational and technical steps to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration or disclosure. These steps include entering into written agreements with subcontractors who process Personal Data in accordance with BeONE’s instructions and incorporating BeONE’s own data protection standards as a minimum.
4.5 Retention Principle: In executing its responsibilities with respect to the confidentiality of Personal Data, BeONE will employ a number of safeguards, appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, to protect Personal Data against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Such safeguards will include physical measures, organisational measures and technological measures, for example locked filing cabinets, restricted access to offices, security clearances and limiting access on a “need to know” basis and use of passwords and encryption. Procedures for implementing these measures will be communicated to all BeONE’s employees and third parties to ensure compliance with this principle.
4.6 Data Integrity Principle:
4.6.1 BeONE strives to maintain complete, current, and accurate information about its customers. Any inaccurate information that is brought to BeONE’s attention will be corrected as quickly as possible after notification. Procedures will be maintained to ensure that any reported inaccuracies are promptly and effectively handled and that customers’ information remains as accurate, current and complete as possible.
4.6.2 You are obliged to provide your personal data to BeONE. Failure to provide complete and correct information to BeONE as required in the Agreement including the Registration Form or any Addendum, may result in the customer’s application for services being rejected, the service or Agreement being terminated and/or correspondence from BeONE including without limitation, bill statements failing to reach the CUSTOMER.
4.7 Access Principle: Any person dealing with BeONE can have access to his/her Personal Data that BeONE has in its possession or control and may request that his/her Personal Data be amended for purposes of accuracy and completeness.
5. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
5.1 BeONE does not process any Sensitive Personal Data in its ordinary course of business.
5.2 If need arises, BeONE will obtain explicit consent from the customer before or when it processes Sensitive Personal Data.
5.3 BeONE may process Personal Data without the customer’s consent only in limited circumstances as permitted by law.
6. BeONE’S WEBSITE
6.1 BeONE provides products and services via its various websites. When a customer visits BeONE’s websites, the web servers generally record anonymous information such as the time, date and URL of the request. This information assists BeONE to improve the structure of its websites and monitor their performance. From time to time BeONE may
also use third parties to analyse this anonymous information.
6.2 As mandatory in the usage of the BeONE’s websites BeONE may require standard information such as a customer’s Login ID, password, Personal Data for verification purposes, contact details and identification numbers. This information is necessary for BeONE to provide the services the customer applied for. The customers are required to
maintain the secrecy of his/her Login ID and Password enabling him/her to access the BeONE home page. It is strongly stressed that BeONE will not be able to secure the Personal Data if the customer reveal his/her Login ID and Password to anyone, and as such, is not liable for any breach of Personal Data.
7. IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
7.1 BeONE also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. IP addresses are assigned to computers on the internet to uniquely identify them within the global network. BeONE collects and manages IP addresses as part of the service of providing internet session management and for security purposes.
7.2 BeONE’s websites may transmit to any customer’s computer a “cookie”. A cookie is a package of data that allows BeONE’s server to identify and interact more effectively with the customer’s computer having to spend time on identifying each customer user, thereby also providing additional login convenience. The customer may configure and personalize its current browser to refuse, reject or delete such cookies.
8. INTEREST BASED ADVERTISING
8.1 Interest Based Advertising is a way of making the advertisements (ads) on the websites the customer visit more relevant to him/her. BeONE collects anonymous information about the web browsing activity of a customer internet-enabled device and use that information to associate the customer’s browser with one or more pre-defined interest categories. This enables BeONE to provide ads to the customers that are tailored to the customer’s interests. Interest Based Advertising does not change the amount of advertising a customer receives, it just makes it more relevant.
8.2 The customer may configure and personalise its current browser to refuse, reject or delete collection of information for Internet Based Advertising.
9. CALLING NUMBER DISPLAY
BeONE’s Calling Number Display facility (CND) lets a person who receive phone calls identify who is calling them by displaying the caller’s number. CND forms part of the ordinary telephony service that you purchase from BeONE. Unless you have chosen to block your (home or mobile) phone number, or have a silent line, CND will usually cause your phone number to be displayed (or logged) – locally and sometimes internationally – on a receiving caller’s phone. In other words, CND will enable the disclosure of your phone number to receiving callers (and to other network operators) locally and internationally, unless you take the above measures.
10. COLLECTION OF OTHER DATA
10.1 As with most websites and mobile applications, your device sends information which may include data about you that gets logged by a web server when you browse our Platform. This typically includes without limitation your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, type of mobile device, the characteristics of the mobile device, the unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile equipment identifier (MEID) for your mobile device, the address of a referring web site (if any), the pages you visit on our website and mobile applications and the times of visit, and sometimes a “cookie” (which can be disabled using your browser preferences) to help the site remember your last visit. If you are logged in, this information is associated with your personal account. The information is also included in anonymous statistics to allow us to
understand how visitors use our site.
10.2 BeONE’s mobile applications may collect precise information about the location of your mobile device using technologies such as GPS, Wi-Fi, etc. We collect, use, disclose and/or process this information for one or more Purposes including, without limitation, location-based services that you request or to deliver relevant content to you based on your location or to allow you to share your location to other users (where necessary) as part of the services under our mobile applications. For most mobile devices, you are able to withdraw your permission for us to acquire this information on your location through your device settings. If you have questions about how to disable your mobile device’s location services, please contact your mobile device service provider or the device manufacturer. Providing useful, meaningful experiences is at the core of what we do, and location information plays an important role in doing just that. From driving directions, to making sure your search results include things near you, to showing you when an outlet is typically busy, location can make your experiences across BeONE’s services more relevant and helpful. Location information also helps with some core product functionality, like providing a website in the right language or helping to keep BeONE’s services secure.
10.3 As our storage facilities and servers may be located in other jurisdictions, we may transfer and disclose your Personal Information to be stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Malaysia. From time to time we may send your Personal Information to third parties which we consider may have goods or services which are of interest to you. In processing your requests, we may send your Personal Information to credit reference and fraud prevention agencies where permitted, under applicable laws. BeONE Prepaid Plan
1. The BeONE Prepaid Plan ULTRA JIMAT is valid for sales from 7th June 2024
2. The BeONE Prepaid starter pack is sold at RM5 per pack.
3. The 1GB (7days) activation bonus after you are notified by an Activation SMS that your registration is successful.
4. The activation data (1GB) and monthly data can be utilised anywhere in Malaysia within the validity period.
5. Unlimited voice calls among BeONE Prepaid users is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if the user exceeds 1000 minutes a month for calls to other networks and 6000 minutes a month for calls between BeONE networks respectively. BeONE Prepaid SIM Card Lifecycle
1. Upon successful registration, the status of the SIM card will be updated to an ‘Active’ status that will last for a 30-day period. An ‘Active’ status means that the Subscriber is allowed to make outgoing and incoming calls or SMS or have access to the Internet.
2. Your reload amount will give you 30 active-days to make calls, SMS, and have access to the Internet.
3. If during the Active state, but before the end of the Active validity period, you have utilised all the available credit balance, your line will be suspended. You can only make outgoing BeONE Prepaid to BeONE Prepaid calls, Data Top Up balance, and receive incoming calls and SMS.
4. If there is no ‘reload’ activity performed after the ‘Active Period’, your line will be barred. You can only receive incoming calls and SMS. All unutilised credit balance, , Data Top Up balance and will be suspended from usage.
5. The number of Credit Grace Period given to the Subscriber to receive incoming calls and SMS is 50 days upon expiry of Active state validity period. No outgoing transactions or data usage are allowed unless a ‘reload’ is performed.
6. Upon reaching 50 days Credit Grace Period, you have 10 days to reload to reinstate the line (Caller ID) and any remaining credit balance in the SIM card. Failure to reload within the 10 days will result in line termination.
